Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only where store credit is approved and must meet the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components

Returns requested after the stated timeframe or that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns may be eligible for store credit only, issued at our discretion.

• Store credit has no cash value
• Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Store credit must be used toward a future purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Items returned outside the stated return timeframe
• Items without original packaging
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
• Clearance or sale items
• Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Once verified, we will advise on the appropriate next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery.

Root & Modern is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping handled by third-party couriers. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return or store credit request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
