For customers outside Kingston & St. Andrew, we offer convenient pick-up via designated Knutsford Express drop-off locations. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with pick-up details.
How Pick-Up Works
- Place your order and complete payment.
- We prepare and dispatch your package to the selected drop-off location.
- You will receive a confirmation message once the package is available for pick-up.
- Visit the location during operating hours and collect your package.
Please note: Pick-up timelines and cut-off times may vary by parish and operational schedules. If you’re unsure which location to select, contact customer care before ordering.
