Delivery Areas

We offer door-to-door delivery across Kingston and St. Andrew.

For customers outside of Kingston and St. Andrew, orders are fulfilled via pick-up at designated Knutsford Express locations.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees within Kingston and St. Andrew range from $700 to $2,500 JMD, depending on location.
• Delivery fees will be confirmed during checkout.

General Pick-Up Location

We also offer a general free pick-up option at the following location:

Knutsford Express – New Kingston
18 Dominica Drive, New Kingston

Door Delivery Policy (Kingston & St. Andrew)

All deliveries within Kingston and St. Andrew are conducted as door drop-offs.

• No meet-ups at general locations
• No coordinating alternative meeting points
• Delivery includes one courtesy phone call upon arrival

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, or if the package cannot be safely left at the premises, the item will be redirected to our general pick-up location at Knutsford Express – New Kingston, even if a delivery fee was paid.

Outside Kingston & St. Andrew

Orders outside of Kingston and St. Andrew are delivered to Knutsford Express drop-off locations. Customers are responsible for collecting their items once notified.

Delivery Instructions

Any special delivery instructions (e.g. gate access, landmarks, contact preferences) must be provided in the Order Notes section at checkout.

Failure to provide accurate delivery information may result in delays or redirection to the general pick-up location.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational constraints.
